Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Engineer to oversee on-site operations and ensure that projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in coordinating with subcontractors, project managers, and clients.

Experience: 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed according to plans, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progress. Monitor project timelines, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions. Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and prepare daily/weekly reports. Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation to resolve site issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Assist the Project Manager with scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking. Attend site meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders. Verify materials delivered to site and maintain proper inventory records.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar site-based role. Strong understanding of construction methods, safety practices, and technical drawings. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or project management software is a plus. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
