Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive

Site Engineer

with at least

2 years of experience in residential construction projects

. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, supervising work execution, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring project quality and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor daily on-site construction activities for residential projects Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and standards Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and vendors Conduct site measurements and maintain accurate documentation Monitor material usage and ensure timely availability of materials on site Prepare daily progress reports and update project management team Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards Attend site meetings and assist in resolving technical issues Conduct inspections and ensure timely completion of tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent Minimum

2 years of hands-on experience

in residential construction Strong understanding of civil engineering drawings and site execution Good knowledge of materials, workmanship standards, and construction processes Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Strong communication and coordination skills Must possess a

two-wheeler

for travel between sites

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
