Job Description

Education Qualification:

Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in site execution and supervision

(Preference will be given to candidates with experience in residential and commercial fit-out/interior projects)

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities to ensure work progress as per schedule and drawings. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers for smooth execution of work. Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings, plans, and specifications for accurate implementation on-site. Monitor material usage, quality of workmanship, and adherence to safety standards. Prepare daily progress reports, material requests, and measurement sheets. Assist in quality checks, inspection, and approval of work at various stages. Ensure timely completion of assigned works within budget and timelines. Coordinate with design and procurement teams for resolving technical issues.

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to read & interpret civil and interior drawings. Strong understanding of site execution, finishing, and fit-out works. Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills. Basic knowledge of BOQ, estimation, and quantity take-off preferred. Ability to handle multiple site activities and ensure quality & safety compliance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
