Roles & Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of on-site construction execution, ensuring alignment with project schedules, budgets, and design intent.
Interpret and implement complex architectural and engineering drawings with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Lead regular site inspections, monitor construction progress, and enforce stringent quality control standards.
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and vendors, ensuring adherence to work quality, timelines, and safety protocols.
Enforce compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and project-specific safety plans.
Prepare and maintain detailed daily, weekly, and monthly site reports, covering progress updates, incidents, inspections, and material tracking.
Act as a key liaison between the site and project stakeholders--collaborating with architects, consultants, and clients to resolve on-site issues swiftly and effectively.
Oversee material delivery, handling, and storage to maintain quality, avoid delays, and minimize wastage.
Provide technical mentorship and hands-on guidance to junior engineers, site supervisors, and labor teams.
Identify risks, conflicts, or delays proactively and recommend actionable mitigation strategies to project leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
5-6 years
of proven site engineering experience, preferably on architecturally driven or design-focused construction projects.
In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, technical drawings, site coordination, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
Demonstrated ability to lead on-site teams, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and drive timely project execution.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with consultants, contractors, and clients.
Proficient in site documentation, progress reporting, and project tracking tools.
Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite; familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) is a strong advantage.
