Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of on-site construction execution, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and architectural specifications.
Interpret and implement architectural and engineering drawings, plans, and blueprints with precision.
Conduct regular site inspections, progress tracking, and quality control checks.
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and site personnel, holding them accountable for work quality and safety compliance.
Enforce safety protocols, ensure adherence to local building codes, and maintain a safe work environment.
Maintain accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly site reports, including progress updates, incidents, and material usage.
Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, consultants, and clients to resolve technical or site-based issues efficiently.
Monitor material deliveries and usage, ensuring optimal inventory control and minimal waste.
Provide hands-on technical guidance and support to junior engineers and construction teams as needed.
Identify potential risks or delays early and escalate with recommendations for mitigation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
1-2 years of site engineering experience, preferably in architectural or design-led construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, technical drawings, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Proven ability to manage site teams and maintain accountability across stakeholders.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in site reporting tools and MS Office; experience with project management software is a plus.
