Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in overseeing construction projects, ensuring quality standards, and managing on-site operations. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage construction activities at the site to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Interpret and execute project plans, designs, and blueprints.

Conduct site surveys, inspections, and monitor construction progress.

Supervise subcontractors, laborers, and other site personnel.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations.

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients to resolve on-site issues.

Monitor material usage and maintain inventory control.

Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team.

Identify and mitigate potential risks to project schedules and budgets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Site Engineer in [ commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects].

Proficient in construction software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project).

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Valid driving license (if required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
