Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced

Civil Site Engineer

to oversee day-to-day operations at our project sites in

Chennai and Palakkad.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in civil engineering, hands-on experience in site supervision, and the ability to manage construction activities effectively to ensure timely project delivery with quality and safety standards in place.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all civil works and ensure execution as per drawings, specifications, and schedule. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams to manage on-site activities. Ensure quality control and safety measures are strictly followed at the site. Prepare and maintain daily progress reports (DPR), material consumption logs, and labor records. Assist in quantity take-offs, billing verification, and material planning. Conduct site inspections and ensure that work aligns with project timelines and standards. Resolve any technical issues that may arise during construction. Liaise with the design and planning teams for execution support and changes. Ensure compliance with local statutory regulations and approvals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum 2years of experience in civil construction/site execution. Experience working on residential construction is preferred Must Have Two Wheeler Must be willing to travel within Chennai or nearby project locations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
