Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities.
Ensure quality standards for bricks, materials, and construction work.
Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, suppliers, and workers.
Handle site documentation, reports, and progress tracking.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, safety measures, and company policies.
Travel between sites as required (company vehicle/fuel allowance provided as per policy).
Troubleshoot site issues and provide practical solutions.
Requirements:
Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum
2 years of site experience
