Job Description

Should have either B.tech or Diploma in Civil Engg with min 3 yrs exp Assist with the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring that projects are progressing according to the schedule Help communicate technical requirements to contractors and team members Observe and assist in setting project goals and helping ensure projects are completed within the timeframe Communicate with clients under supervision to address any implementation queries Assist with coordination between designers, contractors, and vendors to avoid delays and blockages in execution Help prepare interim checklists and progress reports to share with the management team Support in understanding client requirements and assist with communicating between clients and designers in case of deviations Assist in handling site escalations professionally with guidance from senior team members Participate in monitoring construction processes and learn about materials and techniques Participate in meetings with vendors, site inspectors, and managers

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
