Job Description

Responsible for managing the technical execution of construction projects, ensuring delivery is safe, timely, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning

- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

Site Management

- Supervise on-site operations to ensure work progresses efficiently and aligns with project goals.

Technical Support

- Provide guidance and technical expertise to site staff, subcontractors, and contractors.

Quality Control

- Monitor construction activities to maintain high standards and compliance with specifications.

Safety Management

- Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.

Commissioning and Handover

- Oversee final testing, commissioning, and successful project handover to the client.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
