Site Supervision

: Closely supervise construction activities at the site, aligning with project specifications and timelines.

Technical Liaison

: Act as a primary point of contact between architects, contractors, and project managers to resolve on-site technical issues.

Quality Control

: Ensure construction works meet quality and safety standards, conducting regular inspections and audits.

Progress Monitoring

: Track project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and potential risks.

Regulatory Compliance

: Ensure all site operations comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Software Proficiency

: AutoCAD

Key Requirements

Experience

: 1-3 years of experience in site engineering within the real estate or industrial construction sector.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Communication Skills

: Effective verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.

Problem-Solving Ability

: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address and overcome construction challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with large-scale industrial projects Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards
