Site Engineer

to join our team and oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality control, safety, and efficient project execution.

Job Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of work as per the project schedule. Ensure all work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Maintain daily site reports, work progress records, and quality checklists. Liaise with the JSW One Homes central team and clients to provide updates and resolve issues. Manage site labor and resources efficiently. Ensure timely completion of milestones and adherence to project deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in residential construction (freshers with strong internships may also apply). Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and site safety. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?28,039.68 per month
