Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Ensure that the construction process follows the planned schedule and solve any technical or logistical issues that arise. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety regulations. Prepare site reports, documentation, and other necessary paperwork. Manage the material and equipment inventory for the project site. Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials. Communicate effectively with the client, subcontractors, and workers on-site. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations at the site.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and health & safety standards. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering software tools. Strong leadership and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and quality.
