We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee the construction and development of farmhouse projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day on-site construction activities.
Ensure execution of work as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and vendors.
Manage site labour, subcontractors, and materials efficiently.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and cost control measures.
Handle basic site-level documentation and approvals.
Resolve any on-site issues and escalate when necessary.
Coordinate utility connections (EB, water, etc.) and oversee landscaping and finishing works.
Key Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
3+ years of site experience in residential or farmhouse projects.
Strong knowledge of civil construction techniques and materials.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Good communication and team coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred).
Preferred Qualities:
Exposure to sustainable/eco-friendly construction practices.
Experience in managing independent villa or farmhouse-type projects.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under minimal supervision.
