Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated

Site Engineer - Civil

to oversee and manage on-site civil construction activities at our project location in

Chennai

. The ideal candidate will ensure that all construction work is completed on schedule, in accordance with design specifications, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the site to ensure timely completion. Interpret and execute construction drawings and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor and ensure compliance with structural and architectural plans. Prepare and maintain daily reports on work progress, materials, and labor. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards at the site. Estimate material quantities and coordinate timely procurement of materials. Liaise with the design team and project management to resolve site-level technical issues. Conduct inspections to ensure work is progressing as per the approved drawings and specifications. Ensure proper documentation of site activities, inspections, and approvals. Participate in project meetings and update management on site status.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in

Civil Engineering

. Minimum

2years

of experience in residential construction projects. Experience working on residential, commercial (preferably in Chennai or Tamil Nadu region). Must have two -wheeler
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
