Independently manage onsite execution activities for
residential and high-rise building projects
Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and onsite workforce to ensure timely project delivery
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and approved drawings
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams at site
Review architectural and structural drawings, BOQs, and method statements prior to execution
Plan and monitor material requirements, consumption, and inventory at site
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly onsite progress reports
Handle site measurements, billing support, and quantity verification
Identify and resolve onsite technical and execution-related issues
Requirements:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
6-7 years of onsite experience in residential and high-rise building projects
Strong knowledge of RCC, masonry, finishing, and coordination works
Ability to independently read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in large-scale residential or high-rise developments
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
Strong understanding of site safety and quality compliance
