Job Description

Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulation, quality standards and project specification.Oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects spread across the city Monitor projects progress, identify and resolve any issue or obstacles, and take necessary corrective actions ,ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets and quality standards. Experience working on BOQs and billing: Quantity take-off related to structure , earthwork etc as per the designs /drawings and site measurements. Working on upgradation costs based on the current market value of materials and or changes from the clients/ architect in coordinator with the execution team. Coordination with various stakeholders, including architects,engineer,subcontractors,and suppliers,to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project timelines Prepare and present project status reports to the top management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones,delays,risks,and opportunities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
