Role Overview

The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget. This role involves coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, while maintaining quality standards and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage on-site construction activities. Ensure adherence to project plans, drawings, and specifications. Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues. Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations. Manage site resources including manpower, materials, and equipment. Conduct quality checks and ensure work meets required standards. Liaise with clients and provide updates on project status. Assist in cost control and procurement activities. Handle site documentation including measurements, bills, and approvals.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. 1-3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles). Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹12,512.54 - ₹40,941.30 per month

Work Location: In person
