The Nirmana Constructions is looking for a proactive and experienced
Site Engineer
to manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth execution of work
Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams
Monitor material usage and site requirements
Maintain site records, reports, and daily progress updates
Ensure quality control and safety compliance at site
Identify and resolve site-related technical issues
Coordinate with project managers and senior engineers
Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects
Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution
Ability to read and interpret drawings
Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and reporting
Preferred Skills
Experience in residential and commercial building projects
Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under site conditions and deadlines
