Job Title: Site Engineer - Interior Design

Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled Site Engineer with expertise in interior design to oversee construction projects in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have experience in 2D and 3D design, material knowledge, and excellent communication skills in local languages. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations

- Design and Planning: Create 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD and other software

- Site Supervision: Monitor construction progress, conduct quality checks, and ensure timely completion

- Material Management: Source and procure materials, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness

- Communication: Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, providing regular project updates

- Team Management: Lead and coordinate construction teams, ensuring a safe and productive work environment

Requirements:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture

- 06- 1 year of experience in interior design and construction

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software

- Knowledge of local languages (Kannada, Hindi, English)

- Excellent communication and project management skills

- Ability to travel frequently to project sites based on the requirement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
