for Site Engineer

Practical knowledge of working in corporate Fit-out /Retail/commercial projects. Candidate should be able to read & understand all type of civil & MEP drawing, specification, BOQ. Identify the variation in the drawing from actual requirements & quantities. Develop a detailed project planning, project schedule to monitor & track progress. Material estimation & indent. Preparation of jointmeasurement sheets as-built drawings & handing over documents. Preparation of reports - Daily, Weekly & monthly. Proven work experience in project management. Excellent client-handling & internal communication skills. Coordinating & communicating with various internal functions & departments. Candidate must be capable to handling multiple projects at a time. Proven knowledge & experience of risk management, Time management, Communication management, vendor management. AutoCAD 2D.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position. Ready to travel across India (20-30 days) to client sites for meetings or installations may be required. Flexibility in working hours may be necessary to accommodate client needs and project deadlines.
