We are looking for an experienced professional to lead end-to-end swimming pool construction projects across India. The role involves technical supervision, coordination with stakeholders, quality control, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Assess site conditions (soil, topography, water table) for feasibility.
Collaborate with architects, landscape designers, and clients on pool layout & design.
Recommend materials, finishes, and equipment (pumps, filtration, heating, lighting, safety).
Coordinate with suppliers and manage procurement.
Supervise excavation, formwork, reinforcement, concreting/shotcrete.
Oversee waterproofing, tiling, coping, decking, and MEP works.
Integrate heating, chlorination/saltwater systems & treatment units.
Ensure safe installation of electrical systems and automation.
Lead project execution, quality checks, commissioning, handover & after-sales support.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech or equivalent).
3-5 years' experience in swimming pool construction or sports infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, GFC drawings & project management software.
Required Knowledge & Skills
Civil & structural engineering basics.
Pool hydraulics, filtration & waterproofing.
Electrical safety & automation controls.
Understanding of Indian sports infrastructure.
Strong communication skills.
