Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute waterproofing works as per project specifications and approved methods.
Coordinate with clients, and the internal team to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct site inspections, surface preparation checks, and quality control for all waterproofing applications.
Ensure proper material usage and maintain daily records of labor, materials, and work progress.
Prepare site reports and update project status to the project manager.
Handle on-site challenges, provide technical support, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Manage manpower and site schedules to meet project timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering (preferred)
0-3 years of experience in waterproofing, construction, or civil site supervision.
Ability to read drawings and execute work as per technical specifications.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Must be willing to travel to multiple sites as required.
Immediate joiners preferred.
