Job Summary:

The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring project execution as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines. The role involves coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise site works and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors for project requirements. Monitor project schedules, progress, and manpower deployment. Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Prepare daily site reports, material requisitions, and progress updates. Assist in measurement and verification of work completed for billing purposes. Manage material inventory and ensure proper usage at the site. Resolve on-site technical issues and escalate major concerns to the Project Manager.

Requirements:

Qualification:

Diploma or B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

2-6 years of relevant experience in site execution (residential, commercial, or interior fit-out projects preferred).

Skills:

Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials. Proficiency in reading and understanding technical drawings. Good communication and coordination skills. Working knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD (preferred).

Other:

Willingness to travel or relocate as per project requirements.

Pay: ₹12,492.65 - ₹36,699.18 per month
