. The candidate will oversee site activities, ensure quality standards, coordinate with contractors and architects, and ensure projects are executed efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities for
commercial and residential building projects
.
Review and interpret
structural drawings, architectural plans, and BOQ
for site execution.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and design teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor work progress, maintain schedules, and ensure project milestones are met.
Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with
construction standards and safety regulations
.
Maintain site documentation including
daily progress reports, material usage records, and site instructions
.
Provide technical guidance and resolve issues on-site.
Ensure proper utilization of labor, materials, and equipment.
Liaise with clients and project managers for site updates and issue resolution.
Qualifications & Skills:
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
4 - 6 years of experience in
commercial and residential building construction
Knowledge of
structural drawings, architectural drawings, and BOQ
Strong understanding of
site execution, construction materials, and methods
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction management software
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage site operations efficiently
Knowledge of
safety and quality standards
in construction
Good communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
