We are looking for a skilled and dedicated

Site Engineer

to oversee and manage day-to-day operations at our residential construction sites in

Bangalore

. The ideal candidate should have at least

2 years of hands-on experience

in residential construction, be willing to

relocate to Bangalore

, and possess good communication and coordination skills. Must be able to communicate in

Kannada

and

Malayalam

. Male candidates preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure timely completion of work. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control at the site. Maintain project documentation including daily reports, site logs, and material tracking. Report progress and challenges to project managers and senior engineers. Interpret construction drawings and ensure work is executed accordingly. Assist in managing site inventory and resource planning.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in

residential construction

projects. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Must have a

two-wheeler

and a

valid driving license

. Willing to

relocate to Bangalore

.

Language proficiency:

Must be able to communicate in

Kannada

and

Malayalam

. Good knowledge of construction processes, safety practices, and site management. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Accommodations and food provided
