Willing to travel project location

Manage and execute BMS/ HVAC projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications, budget, and timeline.

Coordinate with project stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against key milestones.

Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for project execution.

Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and safety compliance.

Resolve technical issues, conflicts, and challenges that arise during project execution.

Provide regular project status updates to management and stakeholders, and escalate issues as needed.

Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Support commissioning, testing, and startup activities for BMS/HVAC systems.

Prepare project documentation including reports, drawings, and as-built records.

Programming the DDC and commission as per the requirements

Requirements

Design, develop, and test mechatronic systems and components, including automation systems, and electromechanical devices.

Strong knowledge of DDC programming, BMS/HVAC systems, equipment, and components

. Must travel to installation sites to pan India like maharashtra Trichy kolkata Delhi chennai

Strong knowledge on basic mechanical fundamentals

Strong knowledge on basic electrical system

Strong knowledge on HVAC systems

Strong knowledge on BACnet, MODBUS, etc communication protocols

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechatronic systems.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
