Site Engineer - Civil (Plot Development)

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor on-site execution of all civil works, including

plot development, roads, drainage, sanitary, and electrical ducting

. Prepare

cost estimations, BOQs, and quantity surveys

with accuracy. Ensure strict compliance with

quality standards, safety protocols, and work ethics

. Coordinate with

vendors, contractors, and labor teams

to ensure smooth progress. Track and manage

materials, manpower, and resources

efficiently. Conduct

quality checks

for civil and structural works at every stage. Maintain

daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation

. Liaise with

project managers, consultants, and authorities

for timely approvals and execution. Handle site challenges with strong

problem-solving and decision-making

skills.

Role Requirements

Bachelor's/Diploma in

Civil Engineering

.

3-4 years of proven experience

in site supervision and civil work execution. Proficiency in

costing, estimation, and quantity surveying

. Strong knowledge of

civil construction methods, sanitary works, electrical ducting, and road construction

(preferably in layout/plot development). Basic communication skills (verbal & written) and ability to prepare technical reports. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage

vendors, contractors, and labor teams

effectively.

Preferred Profile

Experience in

villa plots, farm plots, or township development

projects. Familiarity with

local construction codes, safety standards, and quality benchmarks

. Practical, hands-on site execution experience.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
