Job Summary

We are seeking

Site Engineers

(Junior, Mid-level, and Senior) with 2-8 years of experience in

site execution

. The ideal candidates should have hands-on expertise in executing

mock-up flats, marketing offices, residential apartments, villas, and layout development

.

You will play a key role in project execution, ensuring quality standards, timely delivery, and smooth coordination between clients, contractors, and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth execution of construction work. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to achieve project milestones. Monitor and enforce quality standards, safety regulations, and adherence to project timelines. Execute and oversee the development of

mock-up flats, marketing offices, villas, apartments, and layouts

. Manage labor, materials, and resources effectively to avoid delays. Report progress, challenges, and requirements to the Project Manager. Maintain site documentation, including work progress reports and material records.

Requirements

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 2-8 years of proven experience in

site execution

(real estate/residential projects preferred). Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishing works. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada preferred. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination abilities.
