Job Title: Civil Engineer (3+ Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Project Design & Analysis: Prepare, review, and modify detailed engineering designs, calculations, and drawings for civil projects.

Site Management & Supervision: Oversee construction sites to ensure compliance with plans, schedules, and safety standards. Monitor the quality of work and adherence to project specifications.

Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with architects, project managers, and other engineers to ensure seamless integration of designs with other systems and requirements.

Permitting & Documentation: Assist in securing permits and approvals for civil engineering projects, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date

Quality Control & Compliance: Conduct inspections and manage the quality control process, ensuring all work complies with regulations, industry standards, and environmental guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, particularly in Building construction( central government projects).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in civil engineering software (AutoCAD, etc.), as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project), Quantity estimation ,Billing and BBS .

Knowledge of Codes & Standards: Familiarity with local, state, and national engineering codes and construction standards.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot design or construction issues.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of liaising with clients, teams, and contractors.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Qualification: BE/ B tech in civil engineering with good civil site experience.

Launguage: Kannada and Hindhi is must

Construction Experience: Hands-on experience with site supervision particularly in central government projects.
