Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance site Execution Oversight

Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Monitor the condition of facilities and infrastructure.

Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution.

Vendor & Contractor Management

Coordinate with third-party vendors for specialized services.

Ensure work is done according to contracts and quality standards.

Project Management

Plan and execute minor renovation or upgrade projects.

Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality control.

Health & Safety Compliance

Enforce safety regulations and environmental standards.

Conduct risk assessments and site inspections.

Asset Management

Maintain accurate records of equipment and maintenance schedules.

Use Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily/weekly site reports and maintenance logs.

Provide updates to senior management or facility managers.

Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma

in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.

Certification in facility management (e.g., IFMA CFM, FMP) is a plus.

2-5 years of experience in a similar role (varies by employer).

Key Skills:

Strong understanding of building systems (MEP).

Project and contractor management.

Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.

Basic Knowledge with AutoCAD, Reading drawings.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
