Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible

Site Engineer

to supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure the execution of civil, mechanical, or electrical works as per approved project drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate will be involved in monitoring progress, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality norms.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise

civil/mechanical/electrical

work execution at site as per approved designs and specifications. Monitor daily site progress and share regular updates with the Project Manager. Coordinate with

contractors, laborers, and vendors

for efficient site operations. Ensure all activities comply with

safety protocols

and

quality standards

. Maintain accurate site documentation including daily work records, attendance, and

material logs

. Assist in

resolving technical issues

and ensuring smooth execution. Help with

material planning

and track inventory usage on-site. Conduct regular

site inspections

and prepare

quality checklists

and reports.

Required Skills:

Good understanding of civil/mechanical/electrical site work processes. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic site documentation. Knowledge of safety and compliance standards at the site.

Preferred Candidate:

Male candidate with 2-3 years of site engineering experience. Should be willing to work full-time at the

Bengaluru

site location.
