We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Site Engineer to join our growing team in Whitefield, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects, with the ability to manage site execution, labor supervision, and quality control efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day execution of civil and PEB work at the site. Interpret construction drawings and ensure adherence to specifications. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project timelines. Ensure quality control, safety standards, and compliance with regulations. Prepare daily work reports, progress tracking, and material management. Monitor labor performance and resolve on-site issues effectively.
Requirements:

Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 2-3 years of proven experience in civil and PEB construction projects. Strong understanding of structural drawings and construction workflows. Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
