Urgent hiring for Site Engineer - India's First Vertical Strawberry Farm

Profile - Site Engineer - India's First Vertical Strawberry Farm

Experience - 3 years

Ctc- upto 7.2 lpa (depends on interview)

Working days- 5 days (8 hours working)

Location- Bangalore

What You'll Do:

Be the go-to person on site -- coordinating with civil contractors, structural engineers, electrical teams, and suppliers. Own execution timelines -- make sure milestones are met and delays are kept to zero. Cross-check everything against the specification provided by our farm systems suppliers. Troubleshoot issues before they become problems. Be the bridge between what's on paper and what's getting built.

What We're Looking For:

Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 3-5 years of experience managing or supervising construction or infrastructure projects (bonus if you've handled complex utility or agricultural infrastructure work). Comfortable reading and interpreting technical drawings and MEP layouts. Strong communication and coordination skills -- you'll be juggling multiple teams. Obsession with quality and timelines.
