Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Interior Site Engineer

with

4-5 years of experience

in managing and executing residential interior projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience with

modular kitchens, wardrobes, false ceilings, lighting, electricals, and full home interior fit-outs

. This role involves supervising on-site activities, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring timely project completion with high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day execution of interior works at the site including kitchen installation, wardrobes, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, and painting. Interpret and implement detailed interior drawings, material specifications, and layout plans. Coordinate with design teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth site operations. Ensure installation is carried out as per approved designs, brand guidelines, and quality standards. Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports. Manage site inventory, deliveries, and material handling. Resolve on-site challenges effectively and communicate updates to the project team. Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to safety and compliance regulations. Maintain close communication with clients for updates, clarifications, and approvals.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field. 4-5 years of site supervision experience in interior fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of modular systems (kitchens & wardrobes), carpentry, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing), and finishing work. Ability to read and interpret interior design layouts, shop drawings, and technical details. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and basic project tracking tools. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Good communication and client-handling abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in residential interior projects for mid to high-end clients. Familiarity with modular furniture systems and branded fittings (e.g., Hettich, Hafele, Blum). Working knowledge of safety practices and interior project scheduling.

Working Conditions

Site-based role; may require travel across multiple client locations or project sites. May involve weekend work based on project timelines and client schedules.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
