Job Description

:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled

Site Engineer

to manage and monitor day-to-day construction activities at our project sites in

Bhubaneswar

and

Jharsuguda

. The ideal candidate will ensure quality, compliance, and timely execution of work as per the project plan.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular

site inspections

to ensure work is progressing as per approved drawings and quality standards. Coordinate daily with

contractors, labor teams, and supervisors

to maintain workflow and resolve on-site issues. Monitor and enforce

health, safety, and environmental

(HSE) guidelines at the construction site. Review and interpret

construction drawings, specifications,

to guide execution. Ensure

resource allocation

(labor, materials, machinery) is optimized and available on time. Assist in

material planning and procurement

, keeping track of stock and delivery schedules. Maintain daily site logs, labor records, and

prepare DPRs (Daily Progress Reports)

. Coordinate with the

architects and consultants

for design clarifications and updates. Support in conducting

quality checks

, including concrete testing, brickwork, plastering, etc. Identify and report any

technical or construction delays

with recommended solutions. Participate in

project review meetings

and report milestones or bottlenecks. Ensure that all

construction activities comply with building codes and regulatory requirements

.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree

in Civil Engineering.

2-5 years

of experience in

building construction and site coordination

. Working knowledge of

AutoCAD, Revit

, and understanding of civil construction practices. Strong

communication, problem-solving, and organizational

skills. Willingness to relocate or travel between

Bhubaneswar and Jharsuguda

as per site needs.
