Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site operations related to sheet metal, steel, and iron fabrication and installation.
Coordinate welding activities and ensure compliance with technical drawings and welding standards.
Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality and safety standards are followed.
Work closely with fabricators, welders, and subcontractors to ensure project schedules are maintained.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
Monitor progress and prepare site reports.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with the project manager, suppliers, and site teams.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in sheet metal, welding, or structural steel projects.
Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, welding standards, and metalwork.
Ability to read engineering and fabrication drawings.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Familiarity with safety standards and site documentation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
