About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Site Engineer

to oversee

interior fitout works

for premium residential and commercial projects in Salem. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, coordination with vendors/contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time with high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day interior fitout activities at site (modular furniture, false ceiling, painting, flooring, tiling, electrical & plumbing works). Take site measurements, check drawings, and ensure accurate implementation. Coordinate with vendors, carpenters, contractors, and project managers. Monitor quality, material usage, and site safety. Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports. Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure timely project completion.

Requirements

Diploma / B.E in Civil / Interior / Architecture or related field. 1-3 years of experience in interior fitout or construction site supervision. Knowledge of modular kitchen, wardrobe, and turnkey interiors is a plus. Good understanding of AutoCAD drawings and BOQs. Strong communication and team management skills.
