Job Opening: Site Engineer (Finishing - Interiors)

Location: Chandigarh (Willing to travel to project sites as required)

Role Summary:

We're looking for a highly skilled Site Engineer (Finishing - Interiors) to oversee and execute high-quality interior finishing works. The candidate must have deep expertise in interior project execution, including civil, carpentry, POP, painting, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, and coordination with vendors & consultants.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision and execution of all interior finishing works on-site. Ensure top-quality finishing standards for luxury residential and commercial projects. Coordination with architects, vendors, clients, and subcontractors. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation. Ensure materials and workmanship meet design and brand quality standards. Handle project schedules, site measurements, BOQs, and quality checks. Must be proactive in resolving on-site issues and achieving deadlines.
Requirements:

Experience: 3-8 years in interior finishing execution. Knowledge: In-depth technical understanding of entire interior finishing work. Skills: Project management, vendor handling, site supervision, team coordination. Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Interior Construction preferred. Must Have: Willingness to travel for site work; good communication and leadership.
