Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Site Engineer
with experience in
interior fit-out, architectural coordination, and civil works
. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site execution, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, ensuring quality standards, and completing projects within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage
day-to-day site activities
for interior fit-out and civil works
Execute work as per
approved architectural, interior, and civil drawings
Coordinate with
architects, interior designers, project managers, contractors, and vendors
Monitor manpower, materials, workmanship, and site productivity
Ensure
quality control
and adherence to company standards
Implement and maintain
site safety practices
Plan and track work schedules to meet project deadlines
Prepare and maintain
daily site reports, progress reports, material tracking, and snag lists
Identify site issues and provide technical solutions
Support project handover and closure activities
Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
2-5 years
of experience in
interior fit-out and civil execution
Experience working with
interior contracting or turnkey interior companies
is mandatory.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
