Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. This position requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project specifications are met. Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress and identify any issues that may arise. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Implement effective solutions for any technical challenges encountered during the construction process. Liaise with local authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals for projects.

Requirements

A degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering / interior design or a related field is essential. Proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of electrical systems is highly advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Proficient in using engineering software and tools relevant to site management. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
