Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of interior works as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with the design team, contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure material availability and timely completion of work. Monitor and control quality of workmanship, finishes, and materials used at the site. Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and update the project manager on work status. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at the site. Resolve technical/site-related issues in coordination with senior engineers and consultants. Check and verify measurements, quantities, and bills for subcontractors/vendors. Ensure adherence to project schedules and proactively identify risks of delays. Manage manpower efficiently, allocating tasks to site supervisors, carpenters, electricians, and other workers. Assist in conducting site meetings with clients, contractors, and consultants as required.

Requirements

Education

: Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.

Experience

: 2-5 years of site supervision experience in interior fit-outs, commercial/residential interiors, or related projects. Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, joinery, furniture, and MEP coordination. Ability to read and interpret interior drawings, BOQs, and technical documents. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and site reporting tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Strong commitment to quality, timelines, and safety practices.
