Role Overview:

We are seeking a

Site Engineer

with hands-on knowledge of

false ceiling, tiling, painting, wood working, site marking, and MEP coordination

. The ideal candidate should be able to manage on-site execution, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and ensure projects are completed on time with the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site execution of

interior fitouts

including false ceiling, tiling, painting, wood working, and MEP works. Conduct accurate

site marking

and review drawings for execution feasibility. Monitor material usage, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain site safety standards. Coordinate with designers, vendors, and contractors to meet project timelines. Inspect and report site progress, prepare daily/weekly updates, and resolve site-level issues. Ensure January Designs' premium quality standards are maintained across all finishes.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Engineering or related field. 1-2 years of proven experience in

interior fitout projects

(residential/commercial). Practical knowledge of

false ceiling, tiling, painting, wood working, site marking, and MEP

execution. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Good communication and team coordination skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
