Qualification:

B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience:

4-7 years

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute construction projects as per design and specifications. Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and manage project budgets. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors. Conduct site inspections and quality control checks. Maintain project documentation and progress reports. Ensure safety and compliance with building regulations and codes. Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of civil construction techniques and materials. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar software. Good communication and project management skills. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Job Title 2: MEP Engineer / MEP Coordinator

Qualification:

B.Tech in Civil Engineering with MEP knowledge or specialization

Experience:

4-7 years

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee installation and commissioning of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety). Review MEP drawings and coordinate with civil and architectural teams. Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with codes and standards. Monitor progress and troubleshoot MEP site issues. Liaise with consultants, contractors, and vendors for MEP works. Prepare daily/weekly reports on MEP activities and updates.

Key Skills

Understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Familiarity with MEP coordination tools (e.g., Revit MEP, Navisworks). Basic knowledge of electrical loads, piping layouts, and duct design. Strong coordination and communication abilities.
