Position Title: Site Engineer

As a Site Engineer at our gas generation plant, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction, commissioning, and maintenance phases of our facility. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the successful operation and efficiency of our plant.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Construction Oversight:

? Supervise and manage the construction activities at the site.

? Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.

? Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve any issues that may arise.

2. Commissioning:

? Lead the commissioning activities of various plant systems and equipment.

? Conduct tests, inspections, and trials to ensure systems are functioning as per design specifications.

? Troubleshoot and resolve commissioning issues in collaboration with the project team.

3. Maintenance Management:

? Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for plant equipment.

? Monitor equipment performance and conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues.

? Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and preventive maintenance activities.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

? Maintain accurate records of construction activities, commissioning tests, and maintenance activities.

? Prepare progress reports, commissioning reports, and technical documentation as required.

? Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

? Proven experience in the construction, commissioning, and maintenance of industrial plants, preferably gas generation plants.

? Knowledge of safety standards, regulatory requirements, and environmental guidelines.

? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.

? Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

? Certification in project management or relevant professional certifications.

? Experience with specific technologies or systems used in gas generation plants.

? Familiarity with software tools for project management and technical analysis.

? Minimum 2-5 years.

? Willing to travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
