Site Engineer

, you will play a crucial role in construction projects. Your responsibilities will span from initial planning to project completion. Here are the key aspects of the role:

Responsibilities:

Project Management

: Manage different aspects of construction projects. Supervise crew members and ensure their adherence to safety regulations. Monitor construction progress and manage the project within budget and time constraints.

Technical Expertise

: Read and interpret technical drawings. Troubleshoot equipment as required. Provide technical advice and suggestions for improvement on specific projects.

Materials and Logistics

: Organize materials and ensure that sites are safe and clean. Prepare cost estimates and ensure appropriate materials and tools are available. Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best contracts.

Communication and Coordination

: Authorize technical drawings and engineering plans. Draw up work schedules and communicate any adjustments to crew members and clients. Gather data, compile reports, and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders.

Leadership and Quality Assurance

: Delegate tasks and schedule meetings and training sessions as needed. Complete quality assurance and provide feedback to the team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
