1) To check whether the work on site has been done as mentioned in Architectural, Structural & MEP Drawings.
2) To ensure quality of work.
3) To maintain a Record of all the activities done on site with the checklist and plan for upcoming
activities.
4) Planning of work and material, should be able to forecast the requirement of material beforehand
and plan the execution of the work accordingly.
5) To Coordinate for Procurement with the purchase team and inspect all the material brought on site
for construction as per approved material list.
6) To take off Quantity from AutoCAD drawings and forecast the costing of the work.
7) Should be able to fetch quotations of different Contractors and services contractors and be able to negotiate with them.
8) Preparation of Estimation, BOQ, Rate Analysis and BBS from architectural and Structural drawing.
9) Estimating the actual quantity on site.
10) Preparing a Reconciliation statement.
11) Checking and certification of Contractors Bills with the on-site quantity and approved rates.
12) Should be able to work with the ERP software. Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb922,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per month Schedule:
