Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Inspection: Perform in-process, incoming, and outgoing quality checks on materials, parts, and finished products.

Document Review: Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, quality plans (QP), and customer specifications.

Testing & Measurement: Use tools like micrometers, gauges, calipers, and perform material tests (e.g., concrete).

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed inspection logs, records, and generate reports on findings, non-conformances, and corrective actions (CAPA/RCA).

Process Monitoring: Monitor production processes, identify deviations, and help implement improvements for efficiency and quality.

Collaboration: Work with production, operations, and quality teams to resolve issues and ensure adherence to standards.

Safety Compliance: Ensure work areas and processes meet safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Diploma in Mechanical, or Engineering field.

Experience:

Field experience in quality control, production inspection, or related roles.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with inspection tools, ability to read technical drawings, knowledge of quality standards, potentially CMM/NDE.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and observational skills, with high attention to detail. Blueprint, skills. Add Planning and project management skill. Job location Rajkot
