The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising on-site execution, ensuring work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines while coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities for civil/interior/furniture works
Interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams
Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
Monitor material usage and site inventory
Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation
Resolve on-site technical issues and execution challenges
Ensure timely completion of work as per project schedule
Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field
0-2 years of site execution experience (interior/construction preferred)
Strong understanding of drawings, measurements, and materials
Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel and work at project sites
Preferred Skills
Experience in modular furniture/interior projects
Knowledge of site safety norms
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
