About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced

Civil Engineer

with a

B.E. Civil

degree and

minimum 4 years of experience

in the construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing site execution, quality control, planning, and coordination with contractors and consultants.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site execution and ensure work quality as per standards. Prepare and verify bar bending schedules, measurements, and daily progress reports. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensure compliance with drawings, BOQ, and project specifications. Monitor resources: manpower, materials, and machinery. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and billing-related work. Ensure safety protocols and quality norms on site. Communicate effectively with project managers and clients.

Required Qualifications

B.E. Civil Engineering (mandatory). Minimum

4 years of relevant experience

in building/infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and basic project planning tools. Ability to read drawings and execute work as per technical specifications.

Skills Required

Excellent communication and leadership skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong organisational and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Salary

As per industry standards / Based on experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
